Launched Pearson Connexus, a scalable cloud-based Education Management System. Planned implementation and negotiated vendor contract for student information system. Ensured FERPA compliance for data privacy and security.
Led projectization of customer-centric product strategy including governance, conflict resolution, prioritization, product life cycle / roadmap, lean product development, Agile and implementation of product / service initiatives.
Led implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP including PeopleSoft Portal, HCM, Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain. as part of Pearson’s “The Enabling Programme.“
